Sorry if this has already been answered. My current version is 2.70.32

    This site http://www.eset.com/download/registered_software.php
has the version 2.70.39 What has been changed in this version?

Do I need to uninstall old version first? I'd hate to lose all my settings.

    XP SP2 Home edition

Thanks guys. I will install new version over old. When I check my version
2.70.32 under system setup license keys, there is nothing showing. I know I have the paid version and it's been functioning as a full version. Weird. ??

So when I install latest version over my old version, will it ask me for my license key? The one I have written down, but not showing in setup section, for some reason.

The License Keys space is reserved for people who have NOD32 on an Exchange server, or something like that. So don't worry if you see it empty.

Those are the commercial versions. But you can also put your NOD32 username/password into the trial versions (instructions).

When you say commercial version is that different than a personal licensed version?

Why doesn't my user name and password bought with my paid version work?
Do I go thru the trial and hope my user name and password work to convert to a paid version?

Theyre the same. When I say commercial I simply mean the non-trial version.

As for your username/password, make sure you type it slowly and carefully; try not to mistype it. If it still doesnt work you may need to contact ESET.

See HERE for how to enter a Username and Password correctly, as you are probably copying a "Space" when you try to download the installation file, however, see HERE for how to convert a Trial version to a Full version if you already have the NOD32 Trial version installed.

    Cheers :D

Thanks for you info Blackspear. I have a licensed version of 2.70.32

I have my license # password in a text file. After about the fifth try, I entered the number manually and it worked. I must have added an extra space or something with my copy paste.

I assume that I can now install the new version on top of the old version and it will retain all my settings, including my license info, right?
