nod32 v2 wont save the login and pw .. ?

Any hint how to get rid of this problem , im getting tired of entering the user/pw every time I reboot the system ,

reinstalling nod32 dosent seems to help either

Try a copy and paste, rather than manually typing in your Username and Password, into the Control Centre, Update, Setup - the UN and PW must me placed in precisely, it is case sensitive. 0 (zero) is quite often mistaken for the lowercase letter o

If you place them in the "popup box" instead of the control centre, you will have to reenter it time and time again.

Also make sure it is your unique UN and PW, and it is not the temp UN and PW used by a reseller to install and update Nod.

Occasionally a UN and PW go belly up. If the above does not work, contact the reseller that you purchased from, failing that email Paul with as many details as possible of your purchase and he should be able to sort it out.
