NOD32 scans, but can't seem to open any files though

    everytime i do a scan, the files being scanned all show up in blue lettering, and says error password protected, locked, or no permission or something to that nature/... i am using the only account i created on xp, and it is an administrator account though..... can anyone show me how to correctly set up nod32 to fix this problem?
