    Hello everyone,

I bought my first NOD32 license about a year ago, and I've been fairly happy with the results so far. I had decided on it due to a mix of good detection rates, as well as being light-weight and fast. While it feels like v4 is getting slightly larger and slower, I have hopes that it may be rectified in upcoming versions.

In any case, my first year is about to expire in a week, and I am looking for cheap renewal options. It seems I am not having much luck though, so if anyone knows a reputable place for me to renew or purchase new licenses more cheaply (I miss Newegg's $10 and $20 sales on NOD32) please let me know.

Otherwise, I have been looking at renewing directly from ESET, and it seems renewing for 2 years makes it slightly cheaper for each year. As I only have one active license, it would be $50, as I understand it. However, I am interested in loading a copy of NOD32 on my other machines, and a 2 or 3-user renewal makes it even cheaper per year across each machine. Am I allowed to renew for 2 or 3 users to use on 2-3 machines, if I only began with one "retail" license purchased from Newegg?

If there's a link to a page that details the intricacies of the renewal system, I would appreciate being pointed to it.

I'm afraid if you bought a NOD32 licence for 1 pc then legally you are only allowed to use it on 1 pc at a time. From my understanding you cannot convert your current 1 pc user licence to a 2-3 pc user user licence at renewal would have to purchase a NEW 2-3 user licence. Renewals are on a like for like basis.

As for renewal, i believe Virus-Cure (based in Glasgow, UK) are one of the cheapest resellers of ESET products. Only £43 ($65) for a 3 year renewal on NOD32. Yes it does state on their website "UK residents only" however when ordering just give any old delivery address in UK, whilst giving your correct USA billing address for your credit card...i have been doing this with BetterAntiVirus without any problems.

    Cheers :)
