If you are a registered user, you should be able to update now.

Now it worked. It took several consecutive tries at updating manually. Well, at least it won't be skipped when the next update comes, then revert back a few months later.
    But 11 MB?

Only the update for v2 is that large. If you update v3/v4 on a regular basis, the update size should be about 3 MB.

Not sure if this is 'normal' but, on our mirror, I had to manually force an update 2 or 3 times before I could download 4220 (it kept saying there were no updates initially so I guess all the update servers aren't up to date yet). Once it started, it downloaded a ~ 1500kB file (sorry didn't get it's name) and then it went on to download a 15618kB file named em002_32_l0.nup.

When I forced a manual update on a client which was running v4 with defs 4219, it downloaded the full 15618kB file.

I wouldn't subscribe to tweaking the update server settings in order to obtain one delayed update. Just some feedback.

    How do you update manually?
    I have 3. XP pro and SP3
I am stacked on 4219 and it does not update the signature. It never happened before..
I tried at least 10 times after clearing the cache, nothing works.

    Updated to 4220!
    Thanks Esset

Exactly. It was just that this update server was not much loaded when he tried to update from there, but this sothing that may change in seconds.

selecting 89.202.149.36 from the server list worked for me using nod32 2.7 and XP SP3.

You don't want to tweak your update settings just to fetch one delayed update, is there an echo in here ?

can anyone confirm if the servers are still down tried a manual update many times stuck with saturdays database, eset and vista telling everything's sweet and up to date, as always, which it clearly is not. i'm not trying a re-install because i'm tired of re-installing this program which i really love but you can only take so much

This does work as it forces the update server to offer the full-tilt update.
I routinely do this. Not recommended for the faint of heart.
