Nod32 is using 75-100% of CPU on my PC and seems to do continuously a background scan or something like that.

    What's happening?
How can I avoid background scanning?

Permanent? Sometimes, If you are working with runtime packers (EXECUTABLES), NOD32 will take some time to scan (AMON).

Try to uncheck this option in AMON to see, if it works better.
