NOD32 in LAN

    hi,

    i would like to know how to set up NOD32 Control Center to send virus and other program information to the defined PC in the LAN. Because I tried to set it up but without success. "Name of the computer where send warnings...": My IP address in the LAN but no warning windows showed, where is problem?

    Hi,
    do you use Windows XP SP2 ?
    Have you enabled the messenger service (kurýrní služba in Czech Windows XP version) on the PC where you wish to recieve infos ?

    Yes, I have Windows XP SP2 Slovak. Where can I enable this function? Thanks...

    I found it in the services list.
    It seems to be desactivated by default, but I can't affirm this.
    Activate this service and start it.
    I just try, and it works well :)

    in windows control panel -> administrative tools -> services -> messenger

    properties -> general ->startup type (automatic) -> Apply -> Start

    I don't know the exact name of messenger service on SK windows, but I think you will find it.

    It is deactivated by default after installing SP2.

    XP original release Automatic by default
    XP SP2 --> Disabled by default
    Changed by M$ partly to combat the broadcast of spam via messenger service across internet :)
