Nod32 Control Center problems

Hello,

Can any one point me in the right direction, as Nod32 Control Centre clashes with my BearPaw scanner software version 5.3.0. (Mustek Systems Corp)

For some reason when both software residing in memory, I can't access the settings options menu from within the BearPaw panel, or even from the menu on the tray Icon.

When I close The Nod32kui.exe, using the task manager, everything is fine, except that I am now expose to potential virus problem.

The only thinbg that I can said you, is that killing or closing nod32kui.exe process isn't dangerous. It's only the GUI. The problem is that if NOD intercept a virus, you will NOT receive any alert from NOD. nod32krn.exe is the process that protect you.
