My wife just installed nod32 on her computer last night, and now she says today she can't recieve emails from blackberry email addresses. I believe she checked all the default settings (I may have to reinstall to make sure she did), but is there any setting that would out-right block emails from a blackberry for any reason? Is there a setting I can change (besides disabling the EMON module)?

Also, if I do reinstall, do I need to uninstall first? I don't want to mess up the license.

Are you sure the emails are ever making it to her POP/IMAP/Exchange mailbox on whatever server they are coming into? There is nothing built into NOD32 that is designed to blacklist particular email domains. I would check that first, simply to make sure they are reaching the server, there might be a blacklisting problem on the server with Blackberry.net emails (it happens). Are those the only ones that are going "missing"?

As far as reinstall, yes you must uninstall NOD32 before reinstalling. NOD32 currently does not have a repair install option (maybe in v3?).

well it seems to be fixed now that it's reinstalled.. either it was a glitch, or perhaps having outlook open during install messed it up somehow?
