NOD 32 v2 and Freelancer issues

    I use NOD 32 v2 from the Australian PC User cover disks, but whenever it is installed on my computer it stops Freelancer from connecting to multiplayer servers.

    Even if NOD 32 is not running at all the problem still occurs, so there must be something that it changes during installation that causes this.

    Please help, I love NOD 32 but I currently have to use another anti-virus which doesn't interfere with my online gaming

    NOD is made from from two parts. One is scanner (nod32krn) and second is User Interface (nod32kui) - If you stop UI (from tray menu) you don't stop main scanner! Try to stop IMON from UI - you can left UI running... and test game...

    As I said in my original post, the problem occurs even when all parts of NOD32 are shut down, and I only have Exlporer and Systray running in the task list
