Nod 32 blocking network printer

    We have a client with nod 32 running on there system and the firewall will block the printer ever now and again. The computer is connected to the printer via dos networking.
    When in imon and the repiar now button is clicked it will be fixed for a short amount of time till they restart the computer a couple of times and the printer doesnt work again.

    Someone please help o_O
