No rootkit detection in AntiVir Classic???

    Considering the size of the Update, the AVIRA Classic 'Free-AV' Servers are doing far better than expected :)

    Software seems to work great, no problems seen at all on my WinXP.

    I see now that it was way-overkill, but I performed a full Program and fusebundle Manual Update and did a 'Clean Install' in Safe Mode.

    Start up is much slower now on my laptop. It occurred to me that the rootkit scanner might be active at that point and that this could be the cause. Is there a way of configuring the rootkit scanner, I wonder?
