I bought Eset's Smart Security 2 days ago directly from Eset's site. Got the confirmation number along with the "your license and password will be sent in an hour" message. I later tried the license request form with no response. Still no response yesterday so I opened a Customer care request and got an automated response with a case #. Still no human response. If any of the mods have another avenue to try I'd like to hear it. In case it's useful, my confirmation number is 296-SO427626 and the case number is 139075.
