no internet after comodo

    No, remember on the steps? It said to disable restore...

    Well you tried everything else. Do you have a restore point from before this happened? You can send Melih a PM also.

    nope, i don't have a restore point, well, one on the day my internet was down.... not much help.

    File assasin did not work, but reinstalling comodo on a different place then program did. Thank you everyone so so so so so so so so so so so so much! :D :D :D :D :D I will keep comodo, great program after all, just got stuck with it.;) Special and extra thanks to Diesalman, i can't thank you enough! Problem solved. :D :D

    I didn't do anything. Now ALWAYS MAKE A DAILY RESTORE POINT. Or make a habit of make a restore point before installing anything. ~Off topic comment removed. - Ron~

    Uninstall it and reinstall with proper settings in the installation wizard.
    One year ago i tryed 2.3/2.4 Comodo and i always uninstall it because always the winsock was reinstalling and net settings were broken(i always needed to do a system restore).Also the conection was droping in the first 5 minutes,but version 3 is quite ok.
    You should try installing Comodo 3 on a fresh Windows.I would recommend you versions 3.0.14 on XP or 3.0.15 on Vista.This version works ok with KAV and BD 2008 with Defence + activated oposed to the after 3.0.16 versions.

    those steps would not have worked, if you read the thread properly, you will find that i cannot uninstall.
