    Hi,

How long will it take before the feature works in HTTPS also?

    Best Regards,

They say there trying there best but you still have the full protection of the Web Threat Shield if you visit a bad site it will be Blocked!

Yeah I've heard that before. I just want to see it implemented soon. I think we've waited long enough.:(

Amit (ams963) Maybe it's not an easy fix do you think of that? It is a secure protocol after all http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTPS! But you still have the full protection of the Web Threat Shield if you come across a Bad website! Or use http://www.google.com

It's actually very difficult to do, as we want to do it securely without breaking the concepts around HTTPS. One of the core attributes is the fact that data can't be tampered with, and modifying the content of an HTTPS page would definitely be considered tampering. It is definitely on our list, though! :)

Okay got it. I'd certainly want it to be perfect and not broken in hurry. :)

Why do the green check marks exist, if we are indeed protected without them? Seems to be a placebo measure.

Currently that visual only takes you to webroot.com when clicked. It has been suggested, for red ticks particularly, that more info be provided as to why it's marked bad e.g. phishing.
