Your settings are fine, however, the ISP email account you are using gets its service (email delivery service) from Yahoo, which often blocks the types of emails that are used by automated notifications. Yes, gmail addresses work fine. Edit: It looks like you already switched, so, you should have received a notification for the above reply sentence.
