No clients listed

    I have pushed the nod 32 v2 software onto several client computers, but in the client list - there are no computers showing.

    I did a search but couldn't find anything related to this issue.

    In the client config, have you set them to connect to remote administrator?

    Any firewalls blocking this connection? I believe ERAS is on TCP port 2222.

    Make sure you enable unauthenticated access on your ERAS since you are using V2.

    I appreciate your response, I really do.

    Can you break this one down for me?
    I am completely new to this software, and not real sure where this option might be...

    Open the NOD32 window on the client machine, click SETUP on the left hand side and choose Enter Entire Advanced Setup Tree.
    Expand Miscellaneous and click on remote administration.
    Enter the RA server name or IP there along with the port number if you changed it from default.
