No Adapters

    hello all,

    in my Capsa Enterprise 6.8 apper this message before open.

    "No local adapter. Please restart computer or reinstall program and try again".

    i reinstall the program, restart my computer and nothing.

    i download the latest version, 7.6 and working fine. but is demo and i do now where put the serial.

    can we help?

    The Demo is just for your testing. If you had purchased Capsa, you can use Customer Portal to download the full version. If your license has expired, please contact our sales. Thank you.

    ok, thanks. but i donwload the latest version only for testing. and this version working with me. the version 6.8 full, that not working.

    Is that Windows 7 system? The driver for old version of Capsa may not work on Windows 7.
