Advised my sister-in-law to get SSl Guardian installed for protection
against the flaw concerning bad certificates on https sites using
    Debian/Linux servers.
She says NIS already checks for the same vulnerabilities. See screenshot
    sent by her.
If this is the case she would not need SSL Guardian or what ?

Edit: The warning is from the heise test site https://bad.codefromthe70s.org/
    which can be found here

I don't know, but maybe Nortons site authentication will only warn
correctly for non Debian server secure sites, in which case
the SSL Guardian test site would be tied to a non Debian server ?

Perhaps tlu will read this and be able to advise ? :p
