   SpywareGuard scans the file before it is opened.
   SpywareBlaster prevents spyware from being installed.
   Both programs complement each other.
   You can use both for protection against spyware.
   I also suggest installing Spybot http://snapfiles.com/get/spybot.html
   and Firewall.
