NIC Data Monitoring Applications for PC

    I am asking because my Time Warner Cable account calculates how much data I have transferred and I think it is quite a bit more than it should be. I just want to monitor it myself to cross-reference their site. I want something with pie charts or bar graphs of hourly and daily usage. If it comes out the same as Time Warners monitoring, then I will use it to reduce how much data I transfer by changing my habits.

    I use to have Time Warner Internet. Do they have a monthly data limit now? I hope not since I may be moving soon, and will have them again.
