    Hi,

I registered all 3 of your applications, and have received all of my keyfiles. However, I cannot download the registered version PortExplorer. It seems the file is not in the location that your web application sets up. I have tried from home and from here(work).

This is what I get which seems appropriate:
    ------------------------------------------------------
Member's Area - Full Version Download

By downloading this software, you agree to all terms of the License Agreement

Click on this link to download the full licensed version of Port Explorer:
    > DOWNLOAD PORT EXPLORER v1.350 <
    1,082,424 bytes MD5: DC0B1DF41383A2002DB30C1AC898FF03

    IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ ...
This download address is only valid for up to 48 hours. If your download fails, please return to this page to obtain a new download address.

You will need your port.pkf keyfile to use Port Explorer,
and you'll need your unlock code (xxxxxxxx(Edit:removed by me)) when using it for the first time.
    ------------------------------------------------------

However, when I try to goto that link I get DNS failure as if the page does not exist:
    ------------------------------------------------------
    The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
    ------------------------------------------------------

I have sent email to sales and tech support, but have yet to receive a response.

Thanks for your help in this matter,

    John

    Hello Blackman and Harold77,
    Welcome you both!
It might be because they're working on the site......
There is a time difference, so 21:00 GMT is 8 hours later there but so expect response 8 hours earlier then too in daytime.
I'll send them an extra IM alert.
Hope it will be solved very quick!

    Hi,

There is a problem, if you want me to email you the file I can, just leave your address. Or it will probably only be a few hours now until Wayne gets my message and it is fixed :)

    Blackman, Harold77 and all,
Just got a note from Wayne the download link is ok now, so hope to read your good news afterwards.
Either uninstall the eval with it's own uninstaller in the directory or let the new version handle that for you. As long as it's away before installing the next. :)

Glad to read so Harold77, as you'll like this one, you'll even love the 1.500 soon! I have it up permanently with TDS using both; have learned a lot more about the system and what's happening since!

    Hi Blackman,
happy you're with us now too! Work comes first, don't you think? :)
PE is eyecandy too, for sure, and you can play with the colors at wish, maybe you like to make it rainbow combination or a happy springtime color setting on the dark days, and even after uninstalling and reinstalling your configured settings are still there :)
The "about" console gives that beautiful impression too with the running lights, so you don't have to shut down PE each time you want to see it again, you can continue playing with it.
