Newbie with virus!!!!

    Could some one please tell me how i go about getting rid of this virus.
    The Trj/StartPage.FH Virus was found in file C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\A0000009.CPY
    Please be gentle with me as i haven't got that much now how with computers.

    Turn off system restore and scan with your antivirus. Link

    I've run my antivirus which is panda software titanium,it doesn't find anything,but when i click onto ie it appears,it has also changed my home page to about blank.
