in the settings for imon, on the "http" tab, why is it set by default to monitor ports 80,8080, and 3128? with ie, basically, i use ports 80 and 443, which works for me.. (i have some rules for ie to allow for some sites (ftp) that require additional ports)

That's because proxy servers usually use ports 8080 and 3128. Since port 443 is used by HTTPS, there's no way the traffic could be checked by IMON.
