In the version 743 the Programm liked after a cleaning a new pc start. The version 742 liked after a cleaning without a new pc start. Bug? o_O

All the other bugs are not removed: o_O

    New Bugs Build 742.

    Win XP SP 2:
I start the program, would go to the left "action" (Aktionen) on "Properties" (Einstellungen) and the program crashes. The Problem is the faultrep.dll. The Bug is new in Build 742. The Program crashes also with Netscape v 4.78 The Bug is old.

    Win ME:
On Win ME the Program crashes total. The Bug is old.

I hate this software. Bugs over Bugs!!!

The version 7.00 was a good software. Version 8.00 was a catastrophe.

    Hello joko,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Internet Privacy and Antispyware Software.

We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

Under Windows XP could you please do the following:

    1. Press the Start button, choose Run, type "drwtsn32" and press Enter.
    2. In the dialog that appears check the Log File and Crash Dump paths, then press the OK button.
    3. Run Acronis True Image again.
    4. Pick up the user.dmp and drwtsn32.log files in the directory specified at step 2 and send them to along with the description of the problem.

Under Windows ME please start DrWatson on your computer. To do this choose Run from Start menu, type "drwatson" in the dialog box and press Enter.
Upon the crash choose open in the crash message box and choose Save from file menu. Pick up the saved file from \Windows\Drwatson directory and send it to along with the description of the problem on this system.

We will certainly examine the issues and provide you with the solution as soon as possible.

    Thank you.
