    Thanks for the info and hard work. I've said it before....Best $20 I've ever spent on software! No other software designer listens to their customers like you do. :thumb:

    I would vote for that, especially with your lifetime license offering. Really no need for the free version IMHO.

    That is absolutely spot on, quite honestly the best support I've come across!

    yes this does fix the issue! however I am not sure why exe radar pro fails if there is an improper shutdown ? perhaps something to investigate there.

    ok i noticed an odd thing today, Winzip x64 is blocked in lock down mode from extraction even if I have allow all softwares from program files checked.

    here is a screenshot

    http://s19.postimage.org/v8j2i1n03/Untitled.png.

    all other programs from program files folder work .. which is odd, kindly check.

    I also had one issue with this Progra~1 folder.
    o_O

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Program_Files

    "Some application installers reject spaces within the install path location. For 32-bit systems, the short name for the Program Files folder is Progra~1. For 64-bit systems, the short name for the 64-bit Program Files folder is Progra~1 (same as on 32-bit systems); while the short name for the 32-bit Program Files (x86) folder is now Progra~2."

    @arsenaloyal

    Sure, I will investigate more to see what can cause the issue.

    It looks like I forgot to check for short paths, I could reproduce the issue and it is already fixed ;)

    I will post the updated changelog for v2.7.2 on the next week.

    @siketa

    Thanks for the additional details :)

    Possible bug:

    Right click on tray icon and click on "About" option.
    Small "About" window appears.
    Clicking on link "http://www.novirusthanks.org/" does not do anything (browser with NVT homepage does not open).
    Link from main GUI window works fine.

    nvt, can you check it?

    I have a question regarding installation. After trialling NVT EXE Radar free, I decided to buy the Pro version. Do I need to un-install the free version, or can I install the Pro over the top?
    Thanks

    If it were me, I would uninstall, restart, find any novirusthanks/EXE Radar folders and manually remove, then install the pro version. Might be overkill, but it's what I would do.

    @Antarctica

    Thank you for the purchase :)

    I would recommend to do the same that has suggested DBone, that is the best way to install the Pro version.

    Regarding the next version v2.7.2, so far this is what has been done:

    + Show the status "Lockdown Mode" or "Trust Mode" when hovering the tray icon
    + When the protection is disabled it is remembered also after a reboot
    + Added option to remove nonexistent processes from the whitelist and from the blacklist
    + Fixed typos in the notification window
    + Fixed link to our homepage in the about form
    + Fixed window position when tray icon is clicked to show the main form
    + Fixed auto allow software from program files when the file path is a short path
    + Added new feature in the activation system to handle automatically the re-activations
    + Created a web page that allows customers to download the latest version by inserting their activation code and email

    We'll discuss tomorrow about:

    - Add a solution to handle singularly the loading of DLL/EXE from regsvr32.exe
