I'm clueless about anti execs. I've read this thread and protection sounds very similar to what the old Threatfire program used to provide, or does provide since I guess it's been revived.

Found this on their site which is still up. I dunno about any forward development being proposed with it though. BTW, TF is more a Behavioral Blocker whereas Faronics Anti-Executable & EXE RadarPro i believe are more geared toward the anti-execs function.

I read somewhere that Threatfire was being revived. I dunno.

I'm going to have to try novirusthanks. I've never used an antiexec before. I guess it's time to learn. Hope it's set up to go out of the chute.

Good question. Seems to have taken a while although it is obviously very important to get it right rather than get it finished. However the new version of AppGuard is excellent and Voodooshield is finally out of beta each offering good x64 support so even to keep up with the competition you wouild think this would be being pressed. Here's hoping for an update.

    Cheers

I tested the 32-bit version, and I liked it so much...I ended up purchasing a license for when x64 comes out. It is a really neat program.

Tell me about, neither can I. I really like that its a multi-user lifetime license, and that the dev sticks around to update his programs.

It is a one-PC license. Can we transfer it to a new PC when we replace the old one, or is it tied to the old PC's fingerprint?
