Never Got License Email

    I got the order confirmation email with my order no. in it, but I never received the license email. It has been 24 hours, and I wave already been charged. My order number and purchased software is below as copy and pasted from the email received:

    Your order no. 824-SO486526 has been received.

    we get support tickets for a couple of these per day - most often the email has been junk filtered by an over-zealous email filter at the ISP or mailserver level I think.

    I totally agree with that, my son's ISP removes lots of genuine emails & because of it is losing members.
