Network utilities help!!

    Hi! Can somebody help me? I need a networking software, but let me explain how it will work. I have 2 computer, 1 PC(Windows 9:cool: and another one is 1 laptop(Windows XP), but these two connected via LAN. And i don't want the PC get access to a certain drive, which means i want to lock or hide the drive, but give access to laptop. But i know Windows XP can use these function, but in NTFS only, but i don't want to use NTFS, i use FAT32, so, anyone can help me find these software? Thanks!!!
