    Hi,

Im using Acronis True Image 9.0 Build 2,337.
I have a windows 2003 enterprise Server with C: (local hd) D: (local hd) and E: (SAN storage)

when i boot into Acronis on a Workstation and want to backup or restore an image, i can see and select the server. Also i can see the share´s from local C:, but all other share´s on D: an E: i can´t see with Acronis. From other worstations there is no problem. Wenn i type the exact UNC path i can access the share´s an then the share´s will also appears in the tree view.

    Any suggestions?

I had the same issue when booting into the recovery software. What you want to do is to boot into the recovery cd, then power cycle your san device (or your router) I have a NAS enclosure that will only be recognized if you powercycle it.

    Hope that helps
