Network Scans

    I have seen this discussed in other threads but what was suggested isn't working for me. I can't find the remote scan feature to right click on as suggested in one thread. I have tried UNC paths and using a mapped drive I have to access a remote server for scanning and all that happens is the file/directory browse window freezes up. I have to Ctr Alt Del to kill the app. Am I missing something? Is there a setup option that is required?
