   I'd like to be able to generate a file I can roll out to 800 workstations via the login script rather than having to manually run the tool for each user.
   
   Is this possible?

   What product? Here's a thread that talks about running a silent install for SpywareBlaster, which may help you to develop a script to automate it. (However, there is an issue with it leaving SpywareBlaster running when it is done and includes a reply from Javacool on that.)
