I just tried this. It was annoying to use. The requirement to hold down the Shift key to click and drag an object was obnoxious. The program would beep at you and present you with a dialog box telling you that you should hold down the Shift key to move a single object, or the Ctrl key to move multiple.

Objects on the screen were not scalable.

There are no free hand drawing tools.

Deleting objects is a pain. You have to either right-click the object, or use Shif-Delete key combination. You should just have to use the delete key.

Selelecting objects is counter intuitive. If you click on objects, it is like using Shift-Click that other applications use. So you have to un-select the first object that you clicked.

Selecting multiple objects with a confusing too. If one item is already selected, and you use a click-and-drag selector box over that item and others. Then that item becomes un-selected.

There are also invisible items that can be found with the selector box. If you click-and-drag on an empty area, sometimes invisible items show up.

The program is a regular clickathon. Not very productive.

Thanks for the assessment. You've obviously had prior experience using these diagram apps. :)

Any better, free, alternatives out there?
