    Nice little tool (Free)

    Sentry is an easy to use network monitor that can help you to monitor many different protocols and services.
    Sentry runs under Windows 2000 and Windows XP as a service and consumes minimal system resources.
    The new interface is web based and all you need is a device with a web browser to control Sentry.
