Network Adapters: LnS drivers(?)

I tried several firewalls, before buying one (before ditching XP PRO's so-so inbuilt f'wall). While not using LnS, I see it left behind drivers, mentioned after a MCP networking adapter and Wan miniport (IP) adapter.

As I'm not using LnS, should I change those listings and if so, how would I change drivers for those adapters? (This is and isn't exactly an LnS query, in a way, I suppose)... but I wondered if there is any "harm" done in leaving LnS drivers mentioned behind adapters, or why were said drivers not UnInstalled?
