Linking to encyclopedia dramatica is likely agaisnt the rules.

Here you can see what was referenced earlier in the topic.

To discuss this is just silly, silly to the point that it's widely laughed at.

Are there complete Linux systems without GNU? (#linuxsyswithoutgnu)

There are complete systems that contain Linux and not GNU; Android is an example. But it is a mistake to call them “Linux” systems.

Android is very different from the GNU/Linux system—because it contains very little of the GNU system, only Linux. Overall, it's a different system. If you call the whole system “Linux”, you will find it necessary to say things like, “Android contains Linux, but it isn't Linux, because it doesn't have the usual Linux [sic] libraries and utilities [meaning the GNU system].” Android contains just as much of Linux as GNU/Linux does. What it doesn't have is the GNU system. Instead it has a lot of Google software.

There are many (very) different views about why Android isn't "Linux".

I'm pointing out that your entire argument has been turned into a joke with an encyclopedia dramatica page dedicated to it.

I'm using that silliness to explain why discussion of it is inane - no one actually cares if you call it GNU/Linux or Linux or whatever, no one.

Actually there is people that care. I saw one asking why I keep putting "Linux" in quotes in this very thread - for example.

You're right, there are people that care. If there weren't peopel who cared there wouldn't be an article making fun of them. Fair point.
