    Or Non Net Neutrality? this doesnt make any cents to me all I see is twisted stories everywhere, where is the truth?

    It's sure not what we all thought "Net Neutrality" was that's for sure. The whole thing's been turned upside down. Clearly big cable and the telecommunications companies came out of this like bandits. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video and all the other planned "TV on the net" upstarts are dealt a big blow. If it stands as is - big rate hikes have to be ahead from Netflix, etc. But, expect court challenges all the way to SCOTUS.
