.NET Framework, Must I??

    MS keeps harping on about installing .NET Framework 1.1 Service pack 1, must I install it? WHAT is it?

    Otherwise I am up to date, with SP2 and the cousins that came after.

    Anyone?

    Hi Lurkerella, unless you're running as a server or developing web applications, let updates whine. You'll see what I mean here.

    Yes, Mr. Force, if I may? I don't, well, I can't imagine why I would need all of that at the moment!!
