First sorry about the length, I'm trying to give as much detail as I can.

Okay I had a voicemail from a customer who is appearantly getting a error message about "program component upgrade". They were not very detailed as far as to what they were doing or if the error message said anything else. I'm waiting till a apporaite time to call them, since I'm a hour ahead and its only 9am there. As far as the error message, I looked on here, and the only thing close to it, was errors about updating program component modules. I'm assuming this was the error message, but again I'm not positive. Also I don't know if they have version 2.7 or 3.0.
Anybody have a clue as to what may be causing this error, or a possible solution? I was thinking of just having them uninstall and reinstall NOD32, since I'm assuming one the components may have gotten corrupted, to where it won't update. I may be way off though.

Version 3 will display a message 'Program component updated' or 'Program module updated' so this may not necessarily be an error. It is important to find the version number and exact error message.

    Thanks.

okay, as soon as I call them in a hour, if need be I will update what I find out. They may just have seen that message and thought it was a problem, wouldn't be the first time this has happened. Thanks for the reply.

edit/update: Found out what the issue was, the customer had "notify before program component upgrade" checked. Had them change this, then had them update, finally restart afterwards. Problem solved. Thanks again to Thankful, for getting my brain running, lol.
