need program to discover which process consume lot of I/O

Hi

i did notice on a friend's computer an unusual I/O activity

the only software installed that starts with xp is nod32 v4 last built

how can i find which is the process that consume I/O ?

which is the best program to find out ?
i used process hacker

but are there some tips to find the process

under w7 i found out and it was super prefetch

by the way the hardware is ok

i did notice this I/O activity after installing some softwares
