Need help with Outlook (not Express)

It doesnt autofill my emailadresses after shutdown. The ones I write after upstart - if I use them again during same session - it autofills, but after shutdown/reboot I dont get any autofills.

which version of outlook are you using?
does outlook forgot autofill when you close outlook or only when you reboot? do you run any third party temp file cleaners? (they have been known to clear out the autofill cache of outlook)
I would recommend a program called nk2edit it allows changes to do with autofill such as adding and deleting contacts.
it also allows adding all or some of your contacts to autofill in one click.
