    Hello

    Here is the problem.

When I go to clone my C drive (Disk 1) to my new drive (Disk 4 USB), the highlight stays on the D drive (Disk 2).

    I have:

    Disk 1 — primary master – (Drive C)
Disk 2 — primary slave – (Drive D) (this drive is empty, and waiting to have SuSE 9.2 installed on it)
Disk 3 -- SCSI drive on Promise card – (Drive E) this is my storage and backup files drive)
Disk 4 – USB (shows as Drive L in my Computer, as I have 4 USB drives) – New drive: WD 80 gig came with Kanguru Easy IDE and Acronis Migrate Easy

I want to clone Disk 1 to Disk 4 without going inside my box. This is why I bought Kanguru Easy IDE.

When it starts out, Disk 1 is the one I want to clone. It is highlighted. NEXT:

When it says to pick the drive to clone to (new) Disk 2 gets highlighted automatically. When I highlight Disk 4 as the new Disk, Disk 2 stays highlighted along with Disk 4. I can un-highlight Disk 4 but not Disk 2

All my drives are FAT 32.

Does anyone have an idea??

I wish Acronis had telephone support, even if it was not a toll free number.

    Thanks in advance

It should think so. The software Migrate Easy came with Kanguru's Easy IDE which is USB.

    Thanks zapjb. :D

Anyone else care to help?

Are there any Acronis people in this forum?? o_O That would be nice. :D

    Thanks again

    Hello sillyboy,

Thank you for choosing Acronis System Transferring Software.

Please accept my apologies for the delay with the response.

Yes, Acronis Migrate Easy 7.0 supports external USB drives.

Please create a screen shots of your step-by-step actions during the cloning procedure.

Please also create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post and submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
