need help uninstalling!!

gud day everyone. im a newbie here so a help would highly appreciated.
im uninstalling my eset smart security 4 when a message that say " another application has exclusive access to the file c:\programdata\eset\eset smart security\logs\epfwlog.dat, shutdown all applications and click retry" appeared.
anyone who can lend a help? thanking in advance all those who can help me.

try booting in safe mode.
There it will be easier to uninstall...

delete the eset file in programms files by unlocker program and waite seconds and the unlocker program want"deleted in restart computer"

 

I'd guess that file is the firewall log. Turn off firewall logging and try again...

 

nope, only way is the unlocker app - I tried all of it - will not work. Dunno what Eset is doing there and under which circumstances it does that "not releasing" of those files. There are three of those I once had to kill all three of them one by one with unlocker
