    Hello! I need to urgently change my SHAREWARE softwares to good FREEWARE or OPEN SOURCE alternatives. I like things in portuguese or brazilian portuguese, but this is 100% secondary.

    Shareware softwares i use:
    * Microsoft Office 2003 Pro (customized installation with only Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and extra tools like Picture Manager)
    * PDF Password Remover
    * AI RoboForm Pro
    * Driver Detective
    * WinRAR
    * Nero 7 (customized installation with only essential apps)
    * Raxco PerfectDisk

    Password Scrambler functions great in both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
    Billeo does too

    Any particular reason? I consider WinRAR, PerfectDisk, and Nero to be very good.
    OpenOffice.org
    For Firefox you can use its builtin password manager and use teh Autofill Forms extension
    I would just check for drivers teh old fashion way. Go directly to manufacturers site.
    7-zip, Izarc
    InfraRecorder, FinalBurner Free
    JkDefrag

    A while ago Rarlabs offered winrar 3.51 for free. The key is here, I bet that you can find winrar 3.51 itself on the download site of Rarlabs.

    If you use Password Scrambler, you will NEVER need to convert password lists again...
    Password Scrambler does not store anything anywhere..
