Need free zip/unzip program

A friend is in need of this ..........it needs to be very easy to use or i will catch hell.......

 

I heartily recommend ICEOWS. I've used it for years. It's so simple, even I can use it.

 

This one works very well and is very easy to use here see screen shot.
