I have been battling this problem for sometime now. I have contacted symantec and haven't heard back. I began this problem when I was using the preinstalled version of NAV 2003. I thought upgrading to 2005 would eliminate it, because I was told that 2003 was the only version using the Common Client Log Viewer to open the report (ccLgviewer.exe) I uninstalled NAV 2003 and installed 2005 and am having the same problem launching a report, it won't even open from the path: Program Files/Common Files/ Symantec Shared Files/ccLgviewer. I searched for answers on the Microsoft forum and saw that other people have experienced this problem, but I haven't found a solution from that forum. I saw some hijack logs where they asked for someone to analyze, so I have a hijack log here, incase someone sees if there is an answer to this problem. I really appreciate anyones help. I am very discouraged. I spent over an hour on the phone with Toshiba support and no success. Please help! :doubt: o_O :'(

Other than this issue, how has the rest of NAV 2005 performed?

Hi, Thanks for responding. Everything else in the new version NAV 2005 works fine. I just had my computer guy scan my PC for a hidden virus/adware. He found one, removed it, but it didn't solve the ccLgviewer issue. What other possiblilities could it be?
    Thanks, Jen
