My Secureanywhere account is showing 2 PCs protected even though I only have one computer. One account shows PC centrally managed and other shows user configuartion. Is this correct?
I have also submitted a ticket to Webroot support.

The Webroot Support ticket was the correct action, since thy can remove the old PC from the display for you.

I'll probably leave as is since I try different things on my computer and don't want to ask support to remove the extra computer each time. As a suggestion, give the user the ability to remove the extra computer from Mywebroot account.

I think they are working on it. Check on http://community.webroot.com/ if you're unsure or want to make sure your voice is heard.

Thanks. I'll post my suggestion there.
I sent the request direct to Webroot support since
I couldn't make heads or tails of the community.

yeah I've also been annoyed with asking the support to remove each pc every time.....whereas I should be only asking support for any technical help.....I've asked support to consider adding option for users to remove pc....and they've replied they would consider it....
