My resolution(fix) for the restaurant industry in USA!!

I used to be a chef for a few years in the day and loved it
during this crisis we us you are not to have more than ten folks gathered at a time and keep a safe distance.

here goes...

All sit down restaurants fine or other wise just do a reservations only and have slots of a time period of no more than ten guest at a time and spend a half hour dining I know that not a lot of time but I know I can scarf down a good meal in a half hour! At least that would keep revenue going for them and still keep some workers in a job

Good idea or not?? stay safe and clean
