My own browser

    I have recently thought about having an attempt at making my own internet browser, however I have two questions.

    Firstly, I only fluently know how to program in Visuab Basic. I can only do a little C++ and I have not worked with fortran for ages. Would Visual Basic be sufficient.

    Secondly, what features would people suggest including?
