My KAV 5 won´t update to 5.0.390, why?

    I´ve updated my kav Personal PRO 5.0.388, but it didn´t update to 5.0.390! Help please!

    Open KAV then go to the settings tab - configure updater - update tab and check "update application modules", then tell KAV to update.

    I had the same thing here - had to update manually to get 5.0.390 on a Personal install. A Personal Pro updated itself fine.

    Me neither, I have 5.0.384 and could not updated, Manualy neither o_O??

    I think you need to upgrade to .388 and then apply the patch to .390 :)

    ...all manually of course.

    Larouse you had version 5.0.383 before the patch, it then becomes 5.0.384 with the patch.

    If you want version 5.0388/.390, then you have to manually update Kaspersky in one of two ways:http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=5234.

    The list of version and their versionnumbers after appliyng the patch:

    I have 5.0.384 and did not saw the patch to updtae at 5.0.388 o_O?

    Larouse, please read my post again, i just gave you the info on how to update to 5.0.388 (5.0.390 is simply 5.0.388 with the patch).

    If you want 5.0.388, then you need to download 5.0.38 and install this version and you have to do it in one of two possible ways:http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=5234.

    Again 5.0.388 is not a patch, it's a version that with the patch it becomes 5.0.390 as you can see in the list.
